Much will have to do with git and its workflow (branching, merging, etc). This page is specifically about the tools and features available via GitHub, which is in turn built on top of (or around, if you prefer) the tool git.
Looks to be commercial plans only; can't find a way to explore them w/o paying money. Docs imply that this is a cloud-based IDE kind of experience.
